Another innocent foreigner loses life savings which was stolen in Philippines by another "SCION"!!

Guess who?

A French hair stylist complains of being gypped of a huge amount by a scion of a very prominent political family.

The Frenchman, who has foreign celebrities for friends and customers, says the money that was taken from him was part of his lifetime savings.

The guy who allegedly conned the foreign resident is a former Manila councilor whose family is wealthy and decent.

His siblings disown him.

The Frenchman says he expects the con man’s family to return the money.

“I am not asking for interest, I just want my money back,” he says.

What message does this send to young people in the country and beyond?
