Here's the translation
11:46 PMDrugs and gambling at Embassy to be investigated.
The Association of Barangay Chairmen (ABC) in Taguig had requested an investigation on the allegedly widespread use and sale of illegal drugs, including illegal gambling within the Embassy Club at the Fort.
In a letter sent to Taguig mayor Freddie Tinga, the association said that it is very alarming how the government/authorities are not actioning the expose' by Australian Brian Gorrell.
Gorrell mentioned that drugs are commonplace in the Embassy club, particularly cocaine.
It can be remembered that in his internet blog http://delfindjmontano.blogspot.com%2c Gorrell said that the Embassy club is the hangout of 'high society' figures known as the "Gucci Gang". It is at the Embassy where they can easily buy drugs.

Brian, YOU ROCK!!!

(chikatime: according to our moles, P50,000 minimum ang joining fee hindi P100,000. ano ka ba... kung pugad na nga ng coca ang lumang embassy malamang pugad na ng kasamaan yang members-only na yan.)
Besides the cocaine abuse (Which is RAMPANT!! I've been partying there for years!!) i think a more serious problem is the way embassy packs in people WAY beyond it's legal capacity. Following the recent tragedy in a Mexico nightclub, where people died of asphyxiation.. can you imagine what would happen if there was some kind of emergency in the club, be it a legitimate or false emergency? hundreds would die, thats without doubt, because however big the club is, you still cannot move once you're inside..
TAGUIG CITY COUNCIL, you MUST look into this or blood will be on your hands.. The cops that wait outside are always being paid of as embassy violates one regulation or another.. Cocaine ruins peoples lives, but thats their choice. God forbid a sudden need to rush out of the club, many innocent people will be trampled and crushed to death..
Im very serious.
